A - Louis Garneau® products come with a limited guarantee against all manufacturing or material defects.  This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and discoloration of the material over time. Please return all defective products with proof of purchase to the retailer were it was purchased, in order to obtain a credit, exchange or refund.

Q - Where can I buy Louis Garneau school products?

A - Louis Garneau school products can be purchased in most stationery stores, pharmacies, department stores and most school products retailers.

Q - Why do the retailers not carry all the collection of Louis Garneau?

A - Some retailer have exclusivity on certain designs. We develop a great amount of different designs and not all retails can carry all of them.

Q - Can I buy on line or directly from you?

A - As we are a distributor/ manufacture we are not equipped to offer the service of a retailer. If you are having trouble finding our products send us an e-mail under the heading "Contact Us" and it will be our pleasure to address your needs.

Q - Why are not all the items offered in each collection?

A - It depends on the demand from our customer, not all items sell in ever collection.

Q - Are Louis Garneau products washable?

A - For the most of them yes, but please refer to the label on each item for proper instructions.

Q - I've purchased items from previous years, and can not find them anywhere how can I purchase discontinued collection?

A - Certain retailers will have a surplus of inventory and may be able to accommodate you, if not let us know by e-mail under the heading "Contact Us".

Q - Can I purchase the plastic liner that is in your lunch box.

A - In the "Contact Us" section please indicate that you would like to receive a replacement liner for (indicate model) and we will advise you of the procedure by return e-mail.
